I know how the story goes...

 

You meet someone. You have amazing chemistry, an incredible connection. Everything feels easy. They're so present and engaging. 

 

You share things with them you never thought you would so soon. One date turns into two.

 

And then something shifts...they become distant, unresponsive, not responding to your texts or calls. You're completely confused, wondering what happened. It felt so right. 

 

They finally respond saying they've just been busy and that "it's not you, it's me." They say they aren't sure how ready they are for a relationship (even though they told you they wanted one.)

A Little Bit About Me....

 

For most of my life, I have struggled with anxiety. Having grown up with a tumultuous childhood filled with abuse and trauma, my nervous system was constantly disregulated. For years, I showed up in my romantic relationships with immense neediness and the constant fear of abandonment.

 

Over the years, I've worked with 100's of clients who have struggled to choose themselves, often staying in unhealthy relationships, not getting their needs met, fighting to be chosen.

 

I know how difficult it is to intellectually know the problem but struggle to stop the behaviors that lead to more anxiety and panic in the moment. I know how it feels to feel unsafe, afraid to speak up or be "too much" for someone.

 

I've spent almost 2 decades learning how to heal and operate from a secure place in my relationships, learning to love and value myself. What I know about this work is that when we truly commit to healing from the inside, developing new habits and healthy behaviors, we start to find liberation and self-love that ultimately attracts the type of relationships we seek. We attract clarity and healed people. We attract respect and worthy people.

 

My courses are designed to help you find your inner power and strength, to find your voice, becoming clear about your boundaries. This will ultimately keep you safe and honor your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

When Does the Course Start? 

The course will be starting on Tuesday, April 25th. Classes are on: April 25, May 2nd, May 9th, May 16th, May 23rd, and May 30th.


Is the Course LIVE or Pre-Recorded?

The course will be given LIVE over Zoom. 


How Much is it? 

There are two ways to pay for the course. You can pay the final pay ($297) in full or make 3 monthly installments of $115. 


What Will My Time Commitment Be? 

 Each class lasts one hour and a half via Zoom. Class starts at 6PM-7:30PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles, CA time) There are 6 classes. A Zoom link will be sent out once registration is complete. 


Will the Classes Be Recorded in Case I Miss One? 

Yes, classes will be recorded in case you must miss one for any reason so you can watch back at any time.
